Our Mission: To increase access to quality health care and improve the overall health of the community.
North Florida Medical Centers, Inc. (NFMC) consists of 10 community health centers located at 10 sites throughout North Florida that provide a quality and affordable medical and dental care home for the entire family.
Most insurance is accepted, including Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Medicare and Medicaid and more. We offer a sliding fee discount program and a discount prescription program for our patients.
This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
