With more than a decade of experience supporting and advocating for individuals living with behavioral health concerns, Mosley-Lee brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to mental health care and a deep commitment to the communities she serves.
For Mosley-Lee, caring for others is more than a profession—it is a calling shaped by her connection to her community and her understanding of the importance of feeling heard, supported, and respected.
A lifelong resident of Hamilton County, Florida, Mosley-Lee has a unique understanding of the needs and challenges that individuals and families in rural communities may face when seeking health care, particularly behavioral health services. Her personal connection to the area has strengthened her desire to make quality mental health care more accessible to those who need it.
Mosley-Lee began her nursing education at Florida State College at Jacksonville, earning her undergraduate nursing degree before continuing her education at St. Thomas University in Miami, where she earned her graduate degree. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she is passionate about helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys with compassion, dignity, and understanding.
Creating a Space Where Patients Feel Heard
One of Mosley-Lee’s greatest priorities is creating an environment where patients feel comfortable being themselves and discussing their mental health without fear of judgment.
She believes that meaningful care begins with listening. By taking the time to understand each patient as an individual, Mosley-Lee works to foster a safe and supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and valued.
She is also passionate about helping reduce the stigma surrounding mental health care. For many individuals, taking the first step toward seeking support can be difficult. Mosley-Lee strives to make that step a little easier by approaching every patient interaction with empathy, respect, and understanding.
Her goal is not only to address behavioral health concerns, but also to empower patients to take an active role in their overall well-being.

As a mother of three sons and a lifelong member of her community, Mosley-Lee brings both professional expertise and personal perspective to her work.
She understands that health and wellness look different for every individual and family. Access to care, resources, work and family responsibilities, and other challenges can all influence a person’s ability to prioritize their mental health.
These experiences have reinforced her commitment to providing accessible, individualized care—particularly for those living in rural and underserved communities.
Through her work at North Florida Medical Center, Mosley-Lee looks forward to building meaningful relationships with patients and helping them feel supported throughout their mental health journey.
